CNC Foam Cutting
CNC foam cutting using state of the art tooling to cut foam to the exact specifications of your product. We offer over a dozen grades of foam, including polyethylene, polyurethane, open and closed cell, and grades 0-6 foam. Our expert engineers can help select the right choice of foam for your product to prevent scratching or marring of delicate surfaces in transit.
Efficient Transport
Unlike regular pallets that can’t be stacked safely, our stackable wooden shipping crates maximize your storage space while keeping your products secure. Built from durable, high-quality wood, these crates protect your items from damage, allow for easy handling with forklifts, and can be stacked confidently without risk. That means more efficient shipping (nearly 4x more space efficient than pallets alone), safer transport, and a cleaner, more organized warehouse — all while giving your products the protection they deserve.
Flat Pack Crates
Our flat-packed shipping crates are designed for maximum efficiency — they ship in a compact, low-profile form, allowing you to transport many crates at once (in some cases, over 1,000 crates in a single truck load) without wasting space. Compared to bulky, pre-assembled crates, they save on shipping costs, simplify storage, and can be quickly assembled when you need them — delivering flexibility, efficiency, and cost savings in every shipment. The end user is provided with screws and assembly instructions, and most crates can be assembled in 3 minutes or less.
